The filling in our Award Winning Heavenly Sweet Mince Pie is a combination of sweet mince with apricots and brandy and a couple of secret ingredients. The all butter pastry shell has the addition of ground almonds for added taste and texture and the pie is finished off with a tender Viennese Biscuit topping.

We want you to savour your Heavenly Sweet Mince Pie in absolutely perfect condition. Your tasty Pies were freshly made and baked on the same day we packed and posted them to you. They will remain delicious for up to 7 days just kept at ambient. For the best results we would recommend that you keep them in a sealed container in a cool place during this time. If you plan on keeping them a little longer they are perfect for freezing in the box just as they arrived. We would recommend a freezer life of no more than 3 months. To refresh these moreish morsels bring out of the freezer, remove from the outer packaging and place them in their foil container on a baking sheet. Pop them in a pre-heated oven at 190c or gas mark 5 for 8 minutes, reduce the temperature by 20c if using a fan oven. Carefully remove from the oven ensuring you take time to relish the luscious baking aroma, allow to cool for a few minutes and sprinkle lightly with a dusting of icing sugar.
