Cooking Instructons

Wait for the flames to die down and the coals to turn white before starting to cook. Meats should be fully defrosted before cooking. When barbecuing ensure all meats are piping hot and no pink colour remains in the centre before eating. Do not re-heat. A core temperature of at least 74c or 165f should be achieved. Meats should be fully defrosted before cooking. Please use these cooking instructions as a guide only as all barbecues vary.
